Coming off the bridge I heard a No Brake Wonder [NBW] coming up behind me fast. The ride around is getting worst to 2nd ave. Still have to come up with a name of a person who rides with his/her helmet hooked to their handlebars.

mild intervals, two or three. back derailleur not holding low gears especially on inclines. crosswind in Elmhurst on QBlvd. few bikers in the 60s. go ride down lewis munford blvd. in sunnyside. more construction near the RR bridges. The Ninja Stars planter removed on Queens Plaza, more plants planting, maple trees almost dead. confusing instructions on the foot of the bridge, different subcontractors, different instructions...

No pushing intervals yet. Alstyne is a virtual rose alley way. Corona ave. just full of boring cars. Met Emilia at Queens Plaza Mess North. Forgot to tell her I don't see any bikes in front of Martha's house on Lilly Pond Lane. More e-bikes over the bridge. Crossing at 53rd is becoming my standard route.
